Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Work Hours: Full-Time (06:00-14:00 SAST, Monday to Friday)

Reports To: Creative Director 

Salary: R26 500 (non-negotiable)

 

Position Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in delivering high-impact creative work for a diverse range of clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, creative expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Working remotely as part of our client’s team, you will transform client needs into visually striking, commercially effective designs while maintaining superb attention to detail and strong organisational discipline.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate as a full-time remote team member, engaging daily through written briefs and scheduled team calls.

• Produce high-quality design work in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, ensuring all outputs meet exceptional creative and commercial standards.

• Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality.

• Understand client needs and translate requests into polished, high-standard creative solutions.

• Maintain commercial awareness by balancing creativity with allocated timelines and budgets.

• Manage and switch between a wide variety of clients, projects, and creative styles.

• Log time accurately and update tasks in the Trello project management system.

• File, label, and save all assets correctly on the dedicated company server.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar creative role.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver visually striking, commercially viable design work.

• Experience working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
