We are working with a leading resources client to source a Part-Time Project Administrator to provide backfill and ongoing support on a flexible roster. You will work approximately 10–20 hours every third week, supporting a site-based administrator during their R&R period, in addition to 5–10 hours per week of ongoing administrative support. This role offers flexibility in how hours are structured, with remote work options available.
You will play a key role in ensuring continuity of administrative operations, particularly across travel, accommodation, and procurement processes. Your ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders will be essential. Familiarity with FIFO environments is advantageous, though not essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and review contractor flight bookings
• Manage camp accommodation bookings and updates
• Raise and manage purchase orders in PRONTO
• Track PO status and liaise with vendors and stores
• Support invoice processing as required
About you
• Experience in administration within a project or operations setting
• Familiarity with PRONTO or similar ERP systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours
• Exposure to FIFO travel or camp coordination (preferred)
