Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology-driven HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in SaaS/HR tech/IT sector)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and enterprise client handling
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
