Eventful Projects is seeking a commercially minded Business Development & Growth National Lead to work directly with founder Vicky Troptsidis to drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role focused on building relationships, generating qualified leads, and contributing to the growth of a premium conference and events business.
This is not an admin or purely marketing role, we are looking for someone who is confident in business development, who can create opportunities and motivated by results.
We require a minimum of 3-5 years of business development experience to ensure candidates can effectively drive new business opportunities and support our revenue growth objectives.
WHO WE ARE
Eventful Projects is an award-winning conference and event management company.
With over 25 years of global experience, we turn conferences and events into strategic platforms that drive connection, growth, and measurable impact through a human-first, results-driven approach.
We are known for delivering a premium, all-inclusive service defined by precision and attention to detail, giving our clients complete confidence from concept through to delivery.
We partner with corporates, associations, not-for-profits, and government organisations across a diverse range of industries, delivering end-to-end services across conferences, exhibitions, and gala and awards events.
Driven by a strong period of momentum, we are now entering our next chapter of growth. As we scale beyond our founder-led model, we are seeking a commercially minded Business Development & Growth Lead to help expand our reach while maintaining the high standard of excellence we are known for.
