Admin Coordinator
Therapy Coalition is a growing allied health provider supporting independent clinicians in providing quality therapy to clients across the NDIS and aged care sectors. We’re seeking an organised Admin Coordinator to manage intake, support clinicians, and deliver excellent client service.
This role is full time, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AEST (NSW).
It is 100% remote, and available to applicants anywhere in Australia who meet the below essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and intake for NDIS and aged care clients
- Support onboarding, data entry, and admin workflows
- Liaise with clients, clinicians, and stakeholders
- Assisting with operational management processes and reporting
- Answering inbound calls and responding to client and clinician enquiries
Essential Requirements
- At least one year of NDIS experience, ideally in an admin, support coordination, plan management, or similar role
- Experience using the MyPlace and PACE NDIS portals
- Experience using Splose software
