What the job is:

Customers contact us because they're looking to move home. Your job is to answer their call or follow up on their enquiry, ask them a few questions about their move, walk them through how our service works, and help them get booked in. That's the whole job. Every person you speak with has already reached out to us - there's no cold calling.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who's genuinely good on the phone - warm, clear, and easy to talk to
  • Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or phone-based booking role
  • Comfortable working from home independently - previous work-from-home experience is a plus
  • Reliable, organised, and good with computers

We don't require any experience in removals but if you do have it, we'd love to hear from you. If you've worked in customer service for any home services business - cleaning, pest control, real estate, trades - you'll fit right in.

The details:

  • $30 to $40 per hour + daily bonuses
  • Full-time Hours (Some Weekends)
  • 100% work from home, you'll need a quiet space, a fast computer, and reliable internet
  • Paid weekly
