The Role
As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service through voice and other messaging channels. Your responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and managing digital interactions professionally.
- Relaying messages promptly and accurately.
- Bringing a warm, positive, and friendly presence to every interaction.

What You'll Need

Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a polished telephone manner.

Experience: Preferred background in a fast-paced contact centre, or receptionist role. As a minimum, worked in a task focused process role (e.g. claims, banking, or other transactional activities).

Tech-Confidence: Intermediate PC skills (Office 365, Microsoft Teams) and typing speed of at least 45 wpm, able to navigate online processes using a mouse and keyboard.

Home Office Setup: Separate, safe and quiet workspace, PC/Laptop with Windows 11 or macOS Big Sur, Intel i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, and a fast reliable hard-wired NBN connection (approx 100 Mbps)

Work Rights: Australian work rights are required for this role.
Details to Know

Shifts: Set, rostered shifts between 25 and 37.5 hours per week, scheduled across 9am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday (including weekends) Penalty rates apply for after- hours and weekend shifts.

Training: Comprehensive online training runs over 10 days — commencing Monday 4th May 2026 - 8.30am to 5.00pm AEST.
