We’re looking for a video editor who knows how to stop the scroll and hold attention. This can be a Full Time or Part Time role and can also be fully remote.

The Role

You’ll be editing content that people actually watch.

• Paid ads (Meta, TikTok)
• UGC-style content
• Founder-led videos
• Social content

This is not about making things “look nice”. This is about making people feel something and act.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turning raw footage into high-performing, scroll-stopping content
• Editing fast, sharp, engaging short-form videos
• Creating multiple variations for testing
• Dialling in hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
• Using pacing, captions, and structure to maximise retention
• Working closely with the team to push creative further, not play it safe

What We’re Looking For

• You know how to edit content that grabs attention immediately
• You understand what works on TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads
• You’re fast, efficient, and can produce consistently
• You’re comfortable working with UGC and founder-style content
• You care about performance, not just aesthetics
• You bring ideas, not just execution

Experience We’re Looking For

• Proven experience editing short-form content for Instagram, and Meta ads
• Experience working on paid social content
• Strong understanding of UGC-style editing and founder-led content
• Demonstrated ability to create high-retention, scroll-stopping videos
• Experience producing multiple variations for testing and performance optimisation
• You’ll work on content that actually gets seen and drives results
• You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test, and improve quickly
