About the Role
This is a full time, permanent, work from home position with business hours availability. The role is open to candidates anywhere in Australia.
You will deliver and assess the following qualifications:
· CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
· CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
You will enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to genuinely impact students working toward meaningful careers.
Around seventy percent of your role will focus on assessing learner submissions and providing feedback that is clear, constructive, and practical. The remainder of your time will be spent in student engagement that keep learners motivated and progressing.
You will also:
· Maintain accurate and compliant student records
· Participate in validation and quality assurance activities
· Support inclusive learning practices for students with diverse needs
· Collaborate with workplace supervisors to ensure smooth placement experiences
· Review and improve training and assessment materials to keep them current and industry aligned
· Conduct RPL assessments
In short, you will be the steady, knowledgeable guide helping learners cross the finish line with confidence.
What You Bring
· A minimum CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent qualification
And CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support or equivalent
· Recent and relevant industry experience, including at least three of the past five years working in the sector and a minimum of sixty hours of industry practice in the past twelve months
· One of the following training and assessment credentials:
TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
A diploma or higher level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training
A secondary teaching qualification together with TAESS00011, TAESS00019 or TAESS00024 Assessor related skill sets or their successors
· You are confident using online platforms and digital tools. You can manage webinars, deadlines and the occasional unexpected tech issue without panic.
· You bring strong communication skills, sound organisation, and a genuine passion for supporting learners. You are committed to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry currency.
