Telesales Representative(Work From Home/Remote)

The Client:

ExxonMobil is Australia’s oldest oil and gas company, operating since 1895.  ExxonMobil’s business in Australia covers a wide range of petroleum related activities from oil and gas exploration and production, to petroleum refining and supply of fuels and lubricants.

The Role: 

This work from home phone-based role will see you represent Mobil Oil Australia and proactively engage with organisations over the phone.

To do this you will undertake the following functions: -

• Educate potential B2B customers of the benefits of Mobil’s fuels, fuel card and related products/solutions.
• Gain commitment and drive customer acquisition/onboarding to a range of Mobil products/solutions.
• Build and maintain mutually successful relationships.
• Follow up qualified leads and hunt for new leads.
• Provide high level of customer service and account management to existing customers.
• Update and maintain Customer information for reporting.
• Work approx. 22-25hrs per week across 4-5 weekdays primarily during school hours.
• Paid for every minute worked.
• Receive great training & support.
• Part of a national team of like-minded individuals.

You

• Previous successful sales and account management background / track record of growing sales.
• Track record of successful phone-based sales and support of with B2B customers.
• Confident using a digital CRM and MS Suite of products.
• Have a private and distraction free space to work from at home with a strong and reliable internet connection.
• A fast learner with a genuine willingness to achieve outstanding results.
• Needing and seeking to work primarily during school hours across a minimum of 4 -5 days.
• A private and ergonomic home office set up.
• And most importantly have an infectious personality and a real desire to work and have fun.
