You will conduct surveys and interview households by telephone and collect information on a range of matters including everyday living, health, housing and shopping intentions.
As a Field Research Officer, you will undertake professional and accurate data collection (ie: interviewing) of the public with neutrality in asking questions and gathering respondent responses. You need to be comfortable engaging with people - both in helping them understand the importance and benefits of participating in the survey and asking survey questions in line with the project you are assigned to. You will engage with people from all walks of life.
