SQL Developer(Work From Home/Remote)

Are you a strong Microsoft SQL Server developer who is looking for an alternative to the usual FTE grind? 

Duties

Skills & Experience

The candidate we are looking for will have knowledge in the following technologies:

• Essential - Experience using SSMS
• Essential - Complex stored procedures with aggregations
• High - Specification writing, testing and documentation
• High - Research Ad-hoc queries
• High - familiar with GIT
• High - familiar with Powershell
• High - Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• High - Attention to detail
• Med - experience with data warehouses
• Med - familiar with SSIS
• Nice - experience with c#
• Nice - experience with Power BI
• Nice - familiar with Azure DevOps

Qualities

• You are a strong developer who knows the technology stacks, knows the dev tools and IDE intimately
• Enquiring mind with the ability to research, question and think outside the box
• Displays a commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
• Has a proactive approach to problem solving and troubleshooting
• Appreciation for business objectives of a product/project
• Does not hesitate in seeking help in solving tough or complex problems.
• A collaborative nature with strong communication skills and a customer service focus.
• Commitment to ensure assigned work is delivered within agreed timeframes and quality parameters
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate problem-solving, code generation, and troubleshooting — or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work autonomously 

We offer an attractive remuneration package based on your experience. There is a flexible work environment with varied hours options suitable for candidates wanting a work from home opportunity.

Ideal candidate will be available 5 days week 25-35 hours week.
