About Cattle Australia

Cattle Australia is the national peak industry body representing Australia's grass-fed cattle producers. We provide a strong, unified and influential voice for producers, advocating on policy, guiding industry investment, and supporting a resilient and profitable grass-fed cattle sector.

Led by an experienced and progressive Board, Cattle Australia is a small, high-performing organisation with a national footprint. Our team operates across multiple states and works closely with industry, government, research organisations and stakeholders to deliver outcomes for producers and regional communities.

About the Role

CA is currently seeking a Sponsorship Manager, to join the team. Candidates will have a proven track record in sponsorship acquisition, servicing and engagement in the Australian agriculture sector. The position can be regionally based with the opportunity to negotiate flexible working arrangements and includes some domestic travel.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Affairs, as Sponsorship Manager you will accelerate revenue growth and elevate brand presence by forging strategic corporate partnerships that fuel agricultural policy, research and industry-leading events. You will spearhead the full lifecycle of high-value partnerships, from sourcing and negotiation to executing creative activation strategies that showcase agricultural innovation and new trade opportunities.

This role would suit a person who is a seasoned stakeholder professional to lead and deepen our national engagement efforts. This position is tailored to an experienced individual comfortable with senior-level networking and looking to exercise influence within a high-profile, respected industry organisation. This is a business-critical role for someone ready to drive strategic impact at a national level.

You will enjoy the rewarding experience of working directly with producers and their representatives, and the excitement of being part of a global livestock community.

Through the development of our corporate partner platform, you will be helping to build a resilient, sustainable, and profitable future for cattle producers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across the organisation to align producer engagement with the broader CA goals as well as promoting commercial activation programmes that enrich the sponsorship experience.
