💼 About the Role
We’re looking for client-centric, outcome-focused Speech Pathologists to join our growing teams in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS, WA, and QLD.
You’ll:
- Provide life-changing speech pathology support across the lifespan, working with a range of participant presentations including autism, progressive conditions, down syndrome, post-stroke and neuro conditions.
- Deliver therapy in natural settings such as homes, schools, workplaces and community settings.
- Provides supports in AAC, feeding and swallowing, communication partner training, literacy, early intervention and more
- Work side-by-side with families, support teams and other allied health professionals to provide evidence-based, outcomes-driven and best practice services.
- Be part of an experienced and multi-disciplinary team that values learning, sharing knowledge and celebrating client wins.

✅ What You’ll Need
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Strong knowledge of functional communication and swallowing assessments
- NDIS/HCP experience (preferred but not essential)
- A passion for helping clients reach their full potential
- Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
