💼 About the Role 

We’re looking for client-centric, outcome-focused Speech Pathologists to join our growing teams in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS, WA, and QLD

You’ll: 

  • Provide life-changing speech pathology support across the lifespan, working with a range of participant presentations including autism, progressive conditions, down syndrome, post-stroke and neuro conditions.
  • Deliver therapy in natural settings such as homes, schools, workplaces and community settings.
  • Provides supports in AAC, feeding and swallowing, communication partner training, literacy, early intervention and more
  • Work side-by-side with families, support teams and other allied health professionals to provide evidence-based, outcomes-driven and best practice services.
  • Be part of an experienced and multi-disciplinary team that values learning, sharing knowledge and celebrating client wins.

✅ What You’ll Need 

  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) 
  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia 
  • Strong knowledge of functional communication and swallowing assessments 
  • NDIS/HCP experience (preferred but not essential) 
  • A passion for helping clients reach their full potential 
  • Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
