Ready to step into the driver’s seat of a fully established RTO and take it to market?

We are seeking an experienced RTO Manager to lead and grow a newly approved Registered Training Organisation, with systems, scope, and compliance frameworks already in place under the 2025 Standards for RTOs.

Location: Melbourne (with full work from home flexibility).

About the Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to take over a fully prepared RTO at launch stage. The registration, compliance framework, and operational foundations are already established—now we need the right leader to bring it to life.

Our scope of registration covers 17 qualifications in Project Management, Business, Leadership and Management, HR, IT, Early Childhood Education and Care, and Individual Support.

You’ll focus on implementation, growth, and performance, rather than initial setup, with the ability to shape delivery, build the team, and expand the RTO’s footprint.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the operational launch of the RTO.
  • Drive enrolments, delivery, and training outcomes.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the 2025 Standards for RTOs.
  • Lead and develop a team of Trainers and Assessors.
  • Establish industry partnerships and training pipelines.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities, including scope expansion.

About You

You’re an experienced RTO professional who knows what it takes to move from compliance to commercially viable, high-quality delivery.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in RTO management, operations, or compliance leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the 2025 Standards for RTOs.
  • Experience in growing enrolments and training delivery.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Vocational Education and Training.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong leadership capability.
  • Ability to meet Fit and Proper Person requirements.
