We’re now looking for driven, professional, and high-performing Property Strategists to join our sales team and guide members through tailored property investment strategies that change lives.

This is a commission-only, high-performance role with high earning potential. You must be available to meet with prospects during evenings and weekends, and thrive in a results-driven environment. You’ll work with qualified, warm leads — no cold calling, no door knocking, no chasing — just high-quality conversations with Australians ready to take action.

💰 Commission-Only: OTE $300,000+ (uncapped earnings)

What You’ll Do

As a Property Strategist, you will:

• Conduct Zoom and phone-based consultations with qualified members (and in-person sessions where required for members based in Sydney or Melbourne)
• Build and present tailored property portfolio strategies using our proven frameworks
• Partner with our in-house finance and lending teams to align financial plans
• Present curated investment property options matched to each member’s goals
• Guide members through a clearly defined investment journey
• Maintain pipeline follow-ups through our CRM with discipline and precision
• Be available for meetings in the evenings and on weekends when members are most active
• Deliver outstanding experiences that turn prospects into buyers, and buyers into advocates

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Property investment or real estate sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential
• If no property background, you must have strong experience selling high-ticket products or services
• A consistent track record of success in sales, consulting, or performance-driven roles
• Strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Confident on Zoom, phone, and digital platforms — comfortable consulting remotely
• Strong emotional intelligence and rapport-building skills
• Exceptional time management, self-motivation, and goal-orientation
• Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment
