We’re growing (again!) — and we need experienced Specialist Support Coordinators to hit the ground running.

The Growing Space is a well-respected for-purpose social enterprise, with more than 10 years of experience in delivering truly independent Support Coordination to NDIS participants across Australia. Our team of 25+ passionate humans includes people with disability, family carers, and sector veterans — all committed to real outcomes that matter.

We’re now on the lookout for experienced Specialist Support Coordinators (SSCs) to join our Adelaide-based team (with remote opportunities for the right people).

To apply, you must have:

  • Proven experience in Specialist Support Coordination or complex case management
  • Formal qualifications in disability, mental health, allied health, or community services (Cert IV or higher)
  • Deep understanding of the NDIS and Support Coordination role
  • Current (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Clearance, First Aid, and Orientation Module
  • Willing and available to work 20+ hours per week
  • Passionate about building good, inclusive lives for people with disability
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the social model of disability and inclusive practice
  • Tech confidence — we’re a fully remote, tech-based team
  • Reliable transport
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with participants and families
  • A passion for inclusion
  • And most importantly — be a good human

🌟 Desired (but not essential):

  • Lived experience of disability or family carer with lived experience of accessing the NDIS for yourself or someone you love
  • Local knowledge of services and community supports
