The Opportunity

Kaizen Konsultancy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Hobart, Tasmania.

You’ll support NDIS participants and community clients across a diverse and meaningful caseload, including Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, ongoing therapy, and community-based interventions.

Our referrals continue to grow, and we are looking for an OT who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client outcomes.

You’ll work across client homes, community settings, and remotely for report writing and administrative tasks — giving you the flexibility to structure your week in a way that works for both you and your clients.
