Position: Senior Cinema Advertising Sales Representative
Location: Melbourne (Work from home with regular client travel)

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
• Manage and grow an established portfolio of clients across your territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with direct clients
• Develop tailored cinema advertising solutions that deliver measurable results
• Work closely with internal creative and production teams to execute campaigns seamlessly
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Sell advertising across a premium cinema network, including Village Cinemas, Event Cinemas, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Greater Union, and independent cinema partners

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in media, advertising, or B2B sales
• Demonstrated ability to hit targets and drive revenue growth
• A self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and confident in client-facing situations
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Experience in digital or integrated marketing solutions is highly regarded
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle
• Permanent residency required
