About us

TeamSports4All supports children experiencing financial hardship to participate in organised team sport. We work alongside families, community organisations and sporting clubs to remove barriers and create long-term, positive outcomes through sport.

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Coordinator to lead delivery of our program across Melbourne’s Western Region.

This is a community-focused role responsible for delivering local impact by supporting families, engaging volunteers, and building strong regional partnerships.

You will operate across three key areas:

  • Family support and referral management
  • Volunteer engagement and oversight
  • Regional development and funding growth

In community work requires travel across Melton, Brimbank, Wyndham and surrounding LGAs is required.

Key Responsibilities

Family Support & Referral Management

  • Assess and manage referrals
  • Support families through onboarding and registration
  • Match children with suitable sporting opportunities
  • Provide ongoing, strengths-based support

Volunteer Engagement

  • Coordinate and support volunteers connecting with families
  • Maintain engagement, quality and safeguarding standards
  • Support recruitment and retention of volunteers

Regional Development & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with clubs, schools, councils and community organisations
  • Identify funding, partnership and grant opportunities
  • Represent TeamSports4All across local networks

This role is well suited to someone with strong lived experience and connection to Melbourne’s Western suburbs, who understands the local community and its challenges.

You will bring:
