Circular Clothing Co. | Freelance | Remote - Australia preferred
Circular Clothing Co. is building Australia’s secondhand fashion marketplace, powered by approved sellers.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely knows fashion resale - the sellers, platforms, trends and communities - to help us grow the seller side of Circular.
This role is about finding great sellers, getting them interested, helping them get set up, and supporting them until they’re actively listing and selling.
You’ll be one of the key people sellers hear from, so we need someone who can build trust quickly, write natural outreach, follow up properly and work fast in a startup environment.
What you’ll do
- Find and reach out to potential sellers, including resellers, vintage curators, stylists, fashion creators, influencers, market sellers and people with strong personal wardrobes or resale communities
- Manage the pipeline from first contact through to onboarding, first listings and ongoing success
- Explain the Circular seller opportunity clearly
- Help sellers get set up, including profiles, listing standards, launch steps and done-for-you listing support where relevant
- Support sellers with pricing, product presentation, inventory selection and listing quality
- Track outreach, approvals, onboarding progress and seller activity
- Work to clear seller growth targets
- Share weekly updates on pipeline, progress, blockers and next steps
- Create or appear in seller-facing content where useful
About you
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Live and breathe fashion resale, vintage, thrifting or seller culture
- Have an existing network in resale, or know how to build one quickly
- Understand what makes a strong seller - great inventory, strong personal style, an audience, content presence or an existing customer base
- Are confident with Instagram, TikTok, DMs and online communities
- Can write warm outreach that doesn’t feel spammy
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable following up
- Can work quickly and independently in a scrappy startup environment
- Are comfortable working to targets and reporting clearly
- Are open to being seller-facing and potentially appearing in content
Nice to have
- Experience selling through resale platforms, online marketplaces, TikTok Shop, markets or your own resale business
- Experience in sales, partnerships, creator outreach, community or marketplace growth
- Basic understanding of ecommerce, Shopify or online marketplaces
- Comfort creating short-form content or speaking on camera

Hours: Approx. 10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow.
Location: Remote, Australia preferred
