This role is a great fit if you’ve got solid work experience behind you and you’re comfortable having conversations about money. You don’t need a contact centre background - just a track record of showing up, following process, and handling whatever comes your way with a level head.

You’ll be supporting Australians with financial and government enquiries on a busy inbound queue, working within clear scripts and compliance guidelines. The calls vary - some straightforward, some sensitive - but the expectation is the same: accurate, empathetic, professional, every time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- High-volume inbound calls - financial and government matters
- Strict script and compliance adherence
- Applying financial literacy to guide customers clearly and accurately
- Maintaining professionalism across a range of conversation types
The Details
- 💰 $26.70/hr + Super + Incentives - with pay increases as you expand across business lines
- 🏠 100% permanent Work From Home
- 📅 Monday–Friday only | 7.6hr shifts with rotating start times between 7am–12pm AEST
- 🖥️ Equipment provided (Melbourne CBD collection required)
- 📋 Multiple intake dates across June and July 2026 - apply early, security clearance can take up to a month once submitted
What You Bring
- Professional experience in a role where accuracy, compliance, or financial concepts mattered
- Comfort working within scripted, process-driven environments
- A solid grasp of financial concepts - numbers shouldn’t faze you
- Strong communication, composure, and attention to detail
- Reliable home internet (min. 50Mbps↓ / 20Mbps↑) and a private workspace
