We book solar appointments for installers across Australia. You call the homeowner before the sales rep turns up and make sure they're actually ready.

Not cold calling. Not sales. Every person you speak to has already booked and wants to hear from you.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You open your priority queue. Most urgent appointments at the top. You work through it. 40-60 calls per day.

Most calls are quick:

• Confirm the time
• Check both decision-makers will be home
• Set expectations for what the appointment involves
• Done. Next call.

Some need more from you:

• A homeowner who's gone quiet
• A partner who didn't know the appointment was booked
• Someone who wants to cancel but just needs their concern addressed

That's where your phone instincts matter. You're not reading a script - you're listening, reading tone, and using judgment.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

When a homeowner doesn't show up, a sales rep drives an hour to an empty house for nothing.

Your job is to catch that before it happens.

You'll see your impact weekly: Confirmation Rate, Save Rate, Appointments that went ahead because you made the right call.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

• You've done 3+ years on phones: medical reception, real estate, insurance, dental, allied health, or scheduling
• You can hear hesitation before someone says "actually, I'm not sure"
• You're reliable and self-directed - give you a queue, you'll run it
• You take pride in thorough notes and clean follow-ups
• You want a WFH role that's stable, structured, and pays properly
