Overview:

We’re seeking experienced conveyancers skilled across all areas, ready to join a smart, fully remote team.

You will be responsible for:

• Contract exchange
• Prepare Seller Disclosures - Form 2
• Conduct necessary searches and enquiries
• Manage conveyancing files from start to settlement
• Liaise with clients over phone or video calls
• Ensure a smooth and timely settlement process
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and legal support

Job requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing, able to handle a range of conveyancing matters- commercial, subdivision or off-the-plan experience is a definite plus.
• Skilled with PEXA and Revenue Duties compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
