Coach Team Leader (Work from home)

Emerson Coaching helps high school students get better marks at school by providing an online coaching program that shows them an easier way to study. We get fantastic feedback from students and parents. Emerson has a 21-year track record that offers students an easier way to learn. 63% of our students have achieved an ATAR over 90!

Due to our growth in the industry, we seek dedicated Coach Team Leaders who want to make a difference to high school students by making them capable of achieving a better ATAR.

What to expect in this role?

You will mentor coaches to help students with a wide range of study skills and techniques, set goals and assist in areas of expertise with the view to retain clients. Monitor call quality and review with coaches to ensure programs are running effectively and the student experience is at its optimum. Build your team by conducting 1-on-1 zoom sessions with coaches and be the first point of contact for coach enquiries, ensuring that coaches are adopting the correct processes.

We are looking at 25 hours per week.

What you need to be successful

Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and monitor coaches and their program quality delivery.

You must possess reliability, organisation and good communication skills in your tool kit of excellence and work style.

Experienced managing a small group of people in a dynamic environment.
