Business Services Supervisor/Manager (Work From Home/Fully Remote)

Charterhouse are partnered with a growing Sydney based firm who are looking for a Business Services Manager/Supervisor to join their team.
  
This firm is unique in the fact that they operate on a fully remote basis – no more commutes into the city!
  
About the role

• Manage your own client base, review complex files
• Work directly with partners to assist with managing Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), Trusts, and tax on property investments
• help clients grow and protect their wealth.
• Training and development of staff reporting into you
• Preparation, delegation, and review of compliance work including tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, FBT etc.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a offshore  team, developing future leaders
• Work alongside partners on firm-wide strategy, business development, and growth initiatives

Skills & Experience

• CA qualified preferred (Would consider CPA)
• 5 + years working within Public Practice
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience reviewing work and leading a team
• SMSF experience a bonus but not critical
• Australian Citizenship or PR
