Are you ready to take the next step in your RTO career?

We are looking for an experienced TAE Trainer and Assessor who is ready to take their next step into an Assistant Academic Manager position, with the view to move into the Academic Manager role in the next 12-18 months.

The person we seek should be able to hit the ground running as a productive member of our TAE training and assessing team within the first three months. Over the following 12-18 months, in addition to their regular training and assessing duties, this person will then commence training in the academic management side of the business through a steady and structured approach to learning the duties involved in the Academic Manager role.

Our ongoing solid enrolments require a well-organised person who can contribute to continuous improvement of our business' processes and procedures, student experience and compliance.

This new position is a work-from-home opportunity, so we require a reliable and responsible person who will be able to self manage their range of duties, and be comfortable connecting with their colleagues using a variety of technology.
