Appointment Setter – Outbound B2B (WFH, ABN, Performance-Based)

The Role

This is a phone-based outbound role.

You’ll be speaking with Australian business owners, having quick, professional conversations, and booking meetings for our sales team.

👉 This is NOT a passive or admin role

👉 You will be expected to make calls daily and work towards clear targets

What You’ll Be Doing

Calling business owners (warm + cold leads)

Having short, structured conversations

Identifying interest and booking meetings

Logging notes in CRM

Working towards daily activity + booking targets

Performance Expectations

40–60 calls per day

2–5 meetings booked per day

Consistent daily activity

Requirements

Outbound calling or sales experience (preferred)

Clear English communication

Quiet work-from-home setup

Reliable internet + headset

Available during Australian business hours

Pay Structure

$25–$30/hour (paid via ABN)

Performance-based bonuses
