What You’ll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to decision-makers (B2B)
- Generate and qualify high-quality sales appointments
- Open conversations and create opportunities
- Work across phone, email, and CRM systems
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Set appointments that convert into real deals

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B telemarketing/appointment setting
- Confident, clear, and professional phone manner
- Resilient, competitive, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently (WFH discipline)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- CRM / Microsoft Office experience
