We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our team. In this client-focused role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, addressing functional queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for users of the Blueshift ONE platform.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving intricate puzzles. You'll need to piece together information from multiple sources, debug/trace through systems and collaborate with engineers and consultants to uncover the root cause of issues.
