Our client, a well‑established Salary Packaging business, is seeking a highly capable Administrator to join their growing team. This is a part‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity, ideal for someone based in Brisbane who is looking for flexibility while remaining engaged in meaningful, detail‑driven work. The role plays a critical part in supporting end‑to‑end salary packaging operations and ensuring a seamless experience for corporate clients and their employees.
  
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day administration and processing of salary packaging arrangements, including:

  • Employee set‑up and onboarding, compliance checks, and package activation
  • Payroll integration, pay‑cycle and pay‑day processing, and ongoing bureau administration
  • Reviewing and managing documentation such as application forms, expense substantiation, and novated lease paperwork
  • Supporting motor vehicle leasing arrangements, including set‑up and end‑of‑lease administration
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records, reporting, and assisting with FBT and year‑end processes
  • Communicating with coworkers, client payroll teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant outcomes

  
About You
To be successful, you will bring strong administration experience, ideally gained in salary packaging, payroll, finance, banking, or a similar environment, along with a high level of attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset. You will be comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting, confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and capable of managing competing priorities to meet strict processing timelines. Sound computer literacy (including Microsoft Office), a professional and service‑focused approach, and the ability to learn systems and processes quickly will be essential for success in this role.
