Administration Officer: Work from Home, Anywhere in Australia

EPEC Education is a Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO), with a focus on providing quality training to the Early Childhood and Community Service sectors. We currently require the services of a capable Administration Officer, who can lead the administration of our small team. This is a fully remote/work from home role open to candidates anywhere in Australia, and would suit someone with experience in an RTO, and or, has a background in the Early Childhood and/or Community Service sector. This role is Work From Home, however requires daily collaboration with the team who also work remotely. The EPEC office is busy! We support many and varied clients in the care sector, therefore the role requires a person who loves helping people and making them feel valued.

- Delivery of accredited Certificates, Diplomas, and Advanced Diplomas in Early Childhood; Outside School Hours Care; and Education Support
- Professional development training for the Early Childhood and Community Service sectors
- Delivery of child protection training nationwide
- Delivery of food safety training nationwide
- Student Support and engagement
- Training Solutions for the Early Childhood and Community Service sectors nationwide.
- Development of E Learning Content for the education sector
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position that will form an integral part of our team. It will provide administration support to all stakeholders including the CEO, team members, students, and business clients. Duties include:
- Attending to customer enquiries, via phone, email and Online chat portals.
- Using your strong attention to detail to complete product sale orders, troubleshoot customer issues, and complete daily administrative tasks
- Supporting the onboarding process with the student support team, and advising students and clients with training products
- General Data entry
- Collate AVETMISS data for yearly compliance reporting
- Providing student completion reports to our valued clients
- Liaising with B2B clients, including management of their accounts.
- Processing competency results and information for students in the student management system.
- Finalise student enrolments and assist with the validation and issuing of Statement of Attainment and Qualification Certificates.
- Receive incoming student enquiries and make recommendations based on students’ goals and needs.
- Refer students and schedule appointments with the Student Support Advocate
- Follow up of quote enquiries via email and phone, including reaching out to clients who seek product pricing and information.
- Issue invoices including the follow up of non-executed invoices and overdue payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to learners including support with applications for extensions & deferrals, reasonable adjustments, course transfers, cancellations & withdrawals.

You will be a responsive and enthusiastic communicator, with strong time management and prioritisation skills. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent literacy are a MUST! - Desirable, but not necessary:
- Previous experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Experience with managing B2B Clients and their accounts
- Experience in an organisation that supports children or vulnerable people
- Experience with Stripe, Xero and Online accounting and payment software.
- Experience with Student Management Systems such as aXcelerate

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
This role would suit a person who has high level administrative experience in the Early Childhood and or Community Services sectors, and or, a person who has worked in the Vet Sector. Experienced and capable administrators regardless of sector, however, are encouraged to apply. This role requires highly developed administrative skills, therefore is not suited to applicants entering administration for the first time.
