About the Role
You'll support the Client & Property Manager and General Manager
- Tenancy administration (files, lease documents, enquiries, and invoicing)
- Maintenance coordination & routine inspections
- Compliance support (SDA/NDIS/WHS/ESM)
- Contractor liaison and scheduling
- Assistance with NDIS claims, invoices & reporting
- Travel co-ordination and general administration as required
What You'll Bring
- Experience in property management, community housing or similar
- Minimum 1-2 years property management experience required
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with property systems (PropertyMe, Palace)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Driver licence (required)
- NDIS/Police/WWCC checks (or willingness to obtain)
