About the Role
AgForce is seeking two highly motivated and relationship-driven Regional Engagement & Membership Managers to lead membership growth, engagement, and regional representation across two different regions - one in Central Queensland and one in South East Queensland.
This is a dynamic, field-based role where you will work closely with members, Regional AgForce Councils, and key stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes aligned with AgForce’s strategic priorities.
You will play a critical role in strengthening our member base, supporting governance, and ensuring the voice of regional producers is heard and represented.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth & Retention
- Drive regional membership growth, retention, and engagement
- Maintain a disciplined call cycle with consistent and meaningful member contact
- Plan and deliver structured regional tours
- Engage with non-members and convert new membership opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in the membership database
Regional Governance & AgForce Council Support
- Provide secretariat and meeting support to Regional AgForce Councils
- Support the Regional President with meeting preparation and follow-up
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning regional priorities with organisational direction
Financial & Operational Management
- Manage regional budgets, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Deliver high-quality regional events
- Identify and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities
Strategic Contribution & Policy Alignment
- Provide regional insights to inform strategy and policy development
- Support communication and implementation of organisational priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align regional and organisational objectives
Stakeholder & External Engagement
- Represent AgForce with members, industry, government, and community stakeholders
- Support media engagement in line with organisational guidelines
KPIs
Success in this role will be measured through:
- Membership retention and net growth
- Call cycle adherence and quality of member engagement
- Delivery of regional tours and events
- Effective budget management
- High-quality governance and council support
- Alignment with AgForce values and behaviours

About You
You are a proactive and self-driven professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering outcomes in a regional environment.
Each role is located in
- Central Queensland; anywhere from Rockhampton to Emerald to Nebo and Gladstone.
- South East Queensland, including Toowoomba, Dalby and the Downs.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, membership, or relationship management
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience supporting governance processes or committees (desirable)
- Financial and event management capability
- Drivers licence
- Ability to travel throughout central Queensland
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A genuine understanding of, or connection to, the rural sector
