About The Role:
Responsible for customer equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support across ANZ. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Projects & Installation
- Source and manage equipment projects according to company policies.
- Coordinate contractors for equipment installation and upgrades.
- Install, commission, and maintain monitoring and control systems.
- Support equipment trials and new technology implementations.
Equipment Maintenance & Reliability
- Maintain customer site equipment for safe and reliable performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and resolve technical issues.
- Perform inspections, audits, calibrations, and preventive maintenance.
Technical Support
- Provide support for dosing pumps, tanks, polymer dosing, and biocide systems.
- Train customers and commercial teams on equipment operations.
- Identify improvement opportunities at customer sites.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in instrumentation, mechanical installation, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good safety awareness and hazard identification skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering Degree preferred.
- Trade qualification considered.
- Electrical license is an advantage.
- Experience in water treatment, chemical processing, or industrial sectors preferred.
