About The Role:
Responsible for customer equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support across ANZ. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Projects & Installation

  • Source and manage equipment projects according to company policies.
  • Coordinate contractors for equipment installation and upgrades.
  • Install, commission, and maintain monitoring and control systems.
  • Support equipment trials and new technology implementations.

Equipment Maintenance & Reliability

  • Maintain customer site equipment for safe and reliable performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform inspections, audits, calibrations, and preventive maintenance.

Technical Support

  • Provide support for dosing pumps, tanks, polymer dosing, and biocide systems.
  • Train customers and commercial teams on equipment operations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities at customer sites.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in instrumentation, mechanical installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good safety awareness and hazard identification skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree preferred.
  • Trade qualification considered.
  • Electrical license is an advantage.
  • Experience in water treatment, chemical processing, or industrial sectors preferred.
