Join ORS Group as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant and become a vital part of a growing national team dedicated to helping injured clients reclaim their independence and wellbeing.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant with ORS, you will:

  • Provide clinical assessment services and evidence-based case management supporting clients across Australia.
  • Work within experienced multidisciplinary teams of passionate professionals that are facilitating stakeholder engagements across varying contracts and service models.
  • Work closely with clients in diverse environments—workplaces, homes, medical centres, and ORS offices—playing a pivotal role in their rehabilitation and growth.
  • Build strong relationships, empowering clients to reach their goals and live their best lives.
  • Establish strong working relationships with our employer and insurer partners, and become a trusted service partner with key referrers.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
  • Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Have a car and a valid driver’s licence.
  • Willing to obtain or hold a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance for client-facing roles.
