About The Role:

Manage and coordinate oncology clinical trials from start-up to completion.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality, and operational activities.

Collaborate with clinical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful trial delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Project Management
-
Lead clinical trial projects from initiation through closeout.

Manage technical, financial, and operational aspects of studies.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

Identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Team & Client Coordination
-
Work with functional teams and project leaders.

Maintain strong client relationships and communication.

Coordinate activities across multiple offices and teams.
-
Support continuous improvement of project processes.
Required Skills & Experience
-
5+ years of industry experience in Clinical Project Management.

Experience managing Oncology clinical trials is required.
-
Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
-
Life Science degree preferred.
