About The Role:

Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, engineering, and maintenance projects.

Oversee project planning, execution, budgets, risks, and stakeholder coordination.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Management
-
Lead capital works and engineering projects from planning to completion.

Develop project scopes, specifications, business cases, and tender documents.

Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality requirements.

Coordinate procurement and construction contractors.
-
Prepare project plans, reports, and completion documentation.
Stakeholder & Risk Management

Monitor project performance and provide progress reporting.

Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and risk management.

Build relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and partners.

Promote project management best practices and governance.
Required Skills & Experience

Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

Experience managing infrastructure, engineering, or capital works projects.

Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies.

Skills in budgeting, scheduling, risk, and change management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
