About The Role:

Provide advanced nursing care through remote telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Consultation

Conduct telephone and video consultations with patients.

Provide health education, clinical advice, and treatment support.

Assess patient progress and manage ongoing treatment plans.

Prescribe and adjust medications within scope of practice.
Clinical Support & Collaboration

Triage patient symptoms and refer when required.

Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Improve clinical systems and patient experience.
Required Skills & Experience

Master of Nursing qualification with Nurse Practitioner endorsement.

Current AHPRA registration and prescribing authority.

Experience in primary healthcare.
