About The Role:

Manage and improve Security Operations Center processes and workflows.

Lead cybersecurity analysts and ensure effective incident response operations.

Support global SOC operations and improve security team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
SOC Operations & Leadership
-
Design and improve SOC processes, workflows, and playbooks.
-
Manage shift coverage for 24/7 security operations.
-
Lead, mentor, and support security analysts.
-
Conduct team meetings, feedback sessions, and performance improvements.
Cybersecurity & Incident Response
-
Support Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, and Threat Hunting activities.
-
Improve security detection and response capabilities.
-
Maintain quality assurance standards for SOC operations.
-
Collaborate with product, support, and security teams.
Reporting & Process Improvement
-
Develop security operation goals and track performance metrics.
-
Create process documentation and operating procedures.
-
Support implementation of new security technologies.
-
Communicate technical concepts to different stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
-
5+ years of Security Analyst experience in a 24/7 SOC environment.

2+ years of team lead or management experience.
-
Experience in Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Digital Forensics.

Knowledge of Windows forensics and security operations.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with cybersecurity processes and data-driven approaches.
