Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience across software engineering and product leadership.

4+ years leading product or engineering teams in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.

Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, cloud, and AI technologies.

Experience building AI-enabled products and automation solutions.

Experience with platform modernisation and technology transformation.

Strong commercial, leadership, and communication skills.
