Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Engineering Leadership
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and platform direction.
- Lead engineering teams through technology transformation.
- Balance product development, customer needs, and technical improvements.
- Manage product lifecycle from idea to commercial launch.
AI Product Development & Transformation
- Build and launch AI-powered solutions that create business value.
- Use AI tools to improve development speed and workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement AI solutions.
- Drive AI adoption across business teams.
Customer & Commercial Growth
- Engage with customers to understand needs and validate solutions.
- Measure product adoption, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction.
- Support pricing, packaging, and business growth strategies.
- Identify new AI-driven revenue opportunities.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Build and mentor high-performing product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with executives, sales, and other departments.
- Promote innovation, ownership, and customer-focused culture.
- Communicate product and AI strategies clearly.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience across software engineering and product leadership.
- 4+ years leading product or engineering teams in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, cloud, and AI technologies.
- Experience building AI-enabled products and automation solutions.
- Experience with platform modernisation and technology transformation.
- Strong commercial, leadership, and communication skills.
