Customer Service Representative(Work From Home/Remote)

About the Role
ACT Mobile Locksmith is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team for a part-time evening shift, 2pm - 8pm, Monday - Friday. (The start time can be arranged to be slightly later to accommodate a school pickup run if required.)

This position can be a work-from-home position for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing professional and courteous responses to customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage the locksmith's schedules
• Dispatch technicians to jobs efficiently
• Handle general customer communication and follow-ups
• Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining customer records

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Previous administrative or customer service experience required
• Experience in a trade or service business (e.g., locksmith, plumbing, electrical) is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience with ServiceM8 job platform is a strong advantage, but not mandatory
• Ability to pass a police background chec
