About the Role
As a Child and Family Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children and young people in family-based care arrangements to achieve safe, stable and positive outcomes.
Working collaboratively with foster carers, children, families, Child Safety and other key stakeholders, you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality case management while providing ongoing support, supervision and guidance to carers.

This position is based in our Springwood office and is offered on a 6-month max-term contract.
