You’re exceptionally good on the phone and are great at identifying the underlying needs of your prospects and coming up with creative solutions for their objections.

You’re great at working with your team, coaching, and being coached. 

What You'll Be Doing

Leverage various outbound prospecting techniques including cold calls, automated email sequences and LinkedIn generate prospect meetings that you’ll pass to one of our BDMs. 

As one of our SDR’s you will be the voice of Leda ensuring that new clients continually fill the top of our pipeline with your consistent approach. 

Being professionally persistent, and adding value in every interaction until eventual close. 

Log and track all prospect information and activities in Salesforce,  slack and google calendar. 

Used to working in a high call environment and can demonstrate resilience. 

Consistently achieve goals tied to key performance metrics including outbound activity, appointments set, and new pipeline added.

Work with Sales and Marketing colleagues to refine messaging.
